 At Electric Eye Tattoo hygiene is a major concern. We have a strict routine in place to provide our clients with a spotless studio and 100% sterilized equipment. Due to the tattoo needle being the only piece of equipment to penetrate the skin, all tattoo needles are used only once and disposed of in a biohazard container after use. The tubes and needle bars, are re-used but are put through an Autoclave cleaning process (a pressurized steam sterilization unit used in the medical field). |
 After sterilization, the tubes and needle bars are placed in a Thermorex Ultraviolet Sterilization Unit until used again. While tattooing all artists use disposable latex gloves and caps to prevent cross-contamination. |
